1. Introduction
1.1 Welcome to NPA Management ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our seminar services ("Services"). By registering for and attending our seminars, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Do not sign up to the seminar if you do not agree to these Terms of Service
2. Seminar Registration
2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to register for our seminars.
2.2 Registration Process: To register for a seminar, you must complete the registration form on our website and provide accurate, complete information.
2.3 Confirmation: Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Your registration is not confirmed until you receive this email.
3. Payment
3.1 Fees: Seminar fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in these Terms.
3.2 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All payments must be made in pounds sterling. For clarity regardless of the payment processing service used by you to purchase the seminar, all the seminar services are offered through NPA Management Limited.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your registration, you are entitled to a full refund if you notify us within 14 days of your purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This 14-day cancellation period begins on the day after the date of purchase. To exercise your right to cancel within this period, you must notify us in writing by email.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 14-day period.
4.2 Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel the seminar due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
5. Seminar Participation
5.1 Code of Conduct: You agree to behave respectfully and professionally throughout the seminar. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in your removal from the seminar without a refund.
5.2 Materials: Any materials provided during the seminar are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.
6. Termination
6.1 We can revoke your participation in the seminar at any time including but not limited to the following circumstances:
6.1.1 you violate or breach these Terms or any other agreement between you and us, or if you fail to abide by the terms of service in any manner whatsoever;
6.1.2 you misuse or abuse the Services, or use the Services in a way not intended or permitted by us;
6.1.3 you engage in any conduct that we deem jeopardizes the safety of the seminar and the participants and staff or interferes with the experience and enjoyment of the seminar by other participants; or
6.1.4 if we believe that allowing you to access the seminar and use the Services would violate any applicable local, state, provincial, national, or other laws, rules and regulations or court order or would expose us to legal liability.
6.1.5 We may choose to stop offering the seminar or any part of the seminar or replace any of the services or any other aspect or personnel at any time. Should we decide to do so we shall use all reasonable endeavours to notify you of our decision to cancel, modify or replace any aspect of the seminar as soon as is practicable and, in particular if this would materially prejudice you. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party as a result of our termination of your right to use or otherwise access the seminar.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership: All content, materials, and intellectual property provided during the seminar are owned by us or our licensors.
7.2 Use: You may use any of the materials provided by us for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 No Warranties: The seminar is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the seminar's content, quality, or outcomes.
8.2 Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the seminar.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued participation in the seminar after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. How You May Use Seminar Materials
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the seminar materials. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You may print off one copy and may download extracts of any materials provided for your personal use. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video, or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
14. No Text or Data Mining or Web Scraping
You shall not conduct, facilitate, authorise, or permit any text or data mining or web scraping in relation to our site or any services provided via or in relation to our site. This includes using (or permitting, authorising, or attempting the use of):
- Any "robot," "bot," "spider," "scraper," or other automated device, program, tool, algorithm, code, process, or methodology to access, obtain, copy, monitor, or republish any portion of our site or any data, content, information, or services accessed via the same.
- Any automated analytical technique aimed at analysing text and data in digital form to generate information.
15. Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage Suffered by You
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents, or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
16. Which Country's Laws Apply to Any Disputes?
These terms are governed by English law. We both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
