Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your registration, you are entitled to a full refund if you notify us within 14 days of your purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This 14-day cancellation period begins on the day after the date of purchase. To exercise your right to cancel within this period, you must notify us in writing by email.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 14-day period.

Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel the seminar due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
